Human Appearance: Golden brown : Pale tan : Bright red

Ethan stands at an average 5ft 8in, for his age. His pale, tan skin wraps around lean arm and slightly larger leg muscles. He practically has a healthy build if one doesn’t notice the scars surrounding his body. He holds a series of scars sporadically placed on his back, chest, stomach, hands, feet, face, arms and legs. There are a couple scars found on his right arm/leg that match identically to those found on his left arm/leg. His bright red hair gleams with a fiery orange tint. His shaggy hair falls to his shoulders and sticks out everywhere giving him a wild look. Contributing to the wild appearance are purple circles under his eyes indicating lack of sleep due his problem with insomnia. Also, he is most often found walking around barefoot and shirtless with tattered ripped cargo pants due to his lack of clothing. On his left wrist, he wears a thick, black, leather bracelet with a blue sapphire stone in crested in the middle of a golden rim. He wears this always and never takes it off.

Ethan’s red hair drains of its color turning into a light grey. His eyes are larger and flood red with lighter, red, diamond, slit pupils. His teeth become pointed with larger canine fangs and behind those teeth is a long slender pointed tongue. His skin changes to a horrifically unhealthy pale white. His skin looks dehydrated, flaky and deep cracks run along his entire body including his face. Some crakes are deep enough to show muscle or even further down to reveal bone. He grows black claws on his hands and feet; also a black spike protrudes from his heels. He has a long tail which stretches 6ft across. The tail is encased with a sturdy, strong, flexible bonelike substance yet it still holds the same cracked appearance as his skin. At the very end of his tail is a black curved tip, almost like a scorpion, and it’s barbed with spikes allowing blows to stick or rip away flesh.

The blue sapphire’s (a gift from Josaline) power incases Ethan’s true appearance for Ethan alone is unable to disguise his monstrous look. His true form will be revealed if the gem is taken from him or destroyed, if he deactivates the gem or if his emotions prove overwhelming for the gem to contain.

Ethan’s been through a life time of trauma which, in return, left an impact to his personality. Due to the incident, Ethan is full of anxiety and tends to be jumpy. He hates to be touched by anyone and he’ll let who ever does touch him know. He also loathes tight spaces due to severe claustrophobia. He cannot stay in a confined space for too long or he’ll go insane. Generally, if he feels too overwhelmed he’ll lash out. Ethan possesses absolutely no manners what so ever. He can seem rude and insensitive to others and won’t care one bit for their opinion. His uncouth behavior stems from his major trust issues. He finds it hard to hold trust toward any being. He’s developed a sort of hate for humans especially and it will take A LOT for him to be vulnerable to them ever again. Therefore, friends are the last things on his list. Ethan also is a bit of a slob with no table manners what so ever. He’ll leave things lying around and could drive a neat freak absolutely crazy. As well as his sloppy manner, Ethan cares nothing for his appearance and has no sense of fashion. Ethan himself can seem a little insane sometimes especially when he’s caught talking to inanimate objects which tends to talk back. That has to be an effect from the insomnia.

+ He has acidic saliva which activates straight on contact. It burns and dissolves through anything.
+ Contains perfect memory.
+Has super speed in running and reflexes (you know like Flash or Superman)
+ Can see in slow motion because of super speed
+ His bone structure is stronger, like titanium.
+ Can hold over 10x his weight with his tail
+ Use tail as a whip and can break bone if he hits a spot hard enough.
+ Nails and barbed tipped tail holds rapidly active paralytic poison. The poison lasts for 24 hours without a cure and has painful side effects. The poison can collapse the lungs if someone takes a blow to the chest.
+ He has a very far range of vision (can see veeeeeeeeeery far away)
+ He has sensitive hearing that ranges throughout the entire island.
+ Strong sense of smell
+ His inhuman strength in legs allows him to jump to a limit of 100ft (by the way, kicks will hurt)
+ He has strong jaws like a Great White.

+ Can camouflage himself like a chameleon.

+ Can generate electricity and manipulate it. The intensity can match that of a lightning bolt or even increase.
+His internal wounds heal faster than average plus his internal organs have the ability to repair themselves.
- His outer wounds heals slowly because of skin condition (hence the scars)
- He is achromic (only sees in shades of black, white and grey)
- In human form Ethan can’t use his tail, the poison is harmless and his saliva is normal.
- He is fully dependant on the nutrition of meat and blood. Meat to Ethan is like water to humans, if we go without it for too long we’ll die and they affect are the same for him.

At the age of 9, Ethan’s life took a drastic turn for the worst as his parents went through a horrible divorce. His father left him and his mother penniless but he took something even more valuable to him, his twin sister. His mother and he strived to survive on the streets for about a month or so after the divorce. Then, their life on the streets ended once his mother found a job opportunity with a secret organization. All Ethan knew at first was that they would have a home again and they would be fed again. Yet, the truth settled as he was dragged away from the U.S. to a private, remote island. There he and his mother found out that Ethan would be used as a human test subject for various experiments. His mother was appalled but Ethan insisted to follow through with the plan. What life was left for him on the streets anyway? Three years of successful experimentation passed and Ethan gained new inhuman abilities. Life was great, he had everything he wanted. He even grew a liking to one of the Nymphs that were being harvested from their tree and he was positive she had feelings for him as well. He was in heaven, nothing could possibly go wrong or at least that was his mind set till that fateful incident. He was 13 then, just made it to his teens. The scientist boasted about every test leading up to this anticipated one. A test that would create immunity, a practically invulnerable human being. The scientist held confidence in Ethan due to his positive turn outs but his mother bore an awful knot in her gut. She listened to her instinct and tried to talk Ethan out of the final experiment but once again he pursued the test and reassured his mother that not one single test has gone wrong. He was unaware that he was headed straight for disaster. As the scientist wired Ethan up and began the test nothing could’ve prepared his mother for what her eyes witnessed. Her son cringed and jerked crazily in what seemed like a fit of unbearable pain. An alarm sounded and the scientist franticly tried to cease the test but it was too late. Ethan broke free and went on a rampage. Marina, his mother, had trouble seeing him as he dashed with great speed. Finally, she caught her son and embraced him as she tried to calm the beast in her arms. After Ethan was held captive, the scientist decided to rid of the monster they had created under secrecy but Marina overheard their plotting. She warned her son and when they tried to rid of him, Ethan struck back killing as many of the scientist who dared to challenge him. The remaining survivors fled leaving Ethan and his mother and Josaline (the nymph) alone in the destroyed laboratory. A little over a year passed, Ethan learned to use his new abilities and familiarized himself with his new appetite for flesh and blood. Unfortunately, a time came when meat was nowhere to be located and Ethan found himself dying under starvation. In one hasty decision, Marina decided to sacrifice herself for the life of her son and after hours of refusing Ethan killed and ate his mother. Josaline eased his depression and their love for each other blossomed. Soon Ethan began to forget his sorrow as Josaline brightened his days until one afternoon her tree was destroyed by returning scientist. As her life support, once the tree died so did Josaline. For Ethan, she reincarnated into a flower and left him with a jewel which would let him appear human. After Josaline’s death Ethan hunted and killed the humans who stole her from him. Now, Ethan wanders the island…alone, little by little losing his sanity.
