Sake, Sake, Sake. That was what she had, and that was what she wanted to consume. She wanted to be in silence for the most part though, and as such, this was why she was flying around, carrying a basket, with her clothing, and her Sake. Three bottles full, and she was still sober, for she didn't want to accidentally fall into the sea. She flapped her blue firey wings, as she flew, skimming the air, as she looked for a nice place, that seemed like it would be wonderful to drink at, and maybe remain in less clothing. She let off a Phoenix Bird song, just because she was happy, and knew that this place would be no problem, when she saw it.
She had only heard of the Volcano known as Loki. It was named for Some Trickster god in some mythology. That didn't matter though, the thing that mattered to her, was that it was active, and that meant that most beings would avoid it. Those few exceptions, would probably not bug her much, since she was some lonely bird of blue fire. She perked up as she started flying towards the lip of the Volcano. It was obvious that this was the right place, as there was still smoke coming from the Volcano's open mouth. She didn't know if it was indeed active, but it seemed to be active enough. She could only smile at her fortune.
She slowed her flight, and then aimed her decent. She would land right on the land that was part of the lip of the Volcano. She could almost taste her Sake here, and that would make this all the more sweeter. Sake, and a Warm Valcano, made for a happy Phoenix. The Weather was pleasant too, as it was a clear and almost starry night. She just wanted to lay back, and enjoy the night. The world seemed perfect, as she looked at the small bit of the moon that was left, before landing, and dropping the basket safely down.
She then shifted back to her hiding form, and put herself back in place, her human hiding form was perfect for holding onto things, but she didn't want to just sit there nude, so she put her Yukata on, and spread her cloak out like a blanket. Sitting down, she could only smile, as she pulled the bottle out, before hearing a loud sound as if a voice. It was the Volcano though, and that was fine.
"So, you want some too, Loki-san?" she asked, before smiling, and pulling open the bottle, before dropping some of the fermented rice liquid into the volcano, and watched as it fell down to the inactive magma. She giggled as she took a swig of it herself, feeling the innebriation that was going to happen, as she tasted the lightly burning smooth liquid. It tasted good to her, as she laid back. "You know, Loki-san, I am like you, I am of fire, and other things, and I am alone, you seem to be a good person though." she didn't care if she sounded crazy, as she spoke to the volcano, and took another swig, the color in her cheek shifting. She could only wish for more in her life. She may have to give up drinking soon, but for now, she was just trying to survive the day to day, and try nto to lose her ability to think.
She just stared up at the stars, imagining, in her increasing drunkeness, that the volcano was speaking to her, speaking of its power, and its wonder, and things of its younger days. She spoke back, though it was all in bird sounds, translating usually into compliments though. She also tried singing, though her pitch was good, her ability to follow through on the sounds got sloppy the more she drank. She felt like she had found a friend, but she didn't really, to what she knew.

Adonis didn't know why he was near such a dangerous place,as his foster mom would put it, but he was having a sudden drive for activity. he turned into his true, horrid form and mainly walked about almost like a curious kitten. after hours of wandering about, he reached the foot of the volcano when he had an idea. Grinning like a mad animal, he started to climb to the top. he soon was shifting to teleport to higher ledges just to get higher up. it was then he heard a sweet bird song that seemed to intrigue him. at that moment, he worked harder to reach the top, wanting to know the source of that song. an hour after hearing the song, he was finally at the top. he felt his own little victory in completing the climb, but he wanted to know the source of that song. He didn't change form, only shrunk down to the size of a domestic cat and crept about at the song. he knew he had found the source when he saw a woman sitting in what looked to be a robe to him drinking and talking to herself. his malice like grin widened at this. he moved slightly closer before just laying down, watching and listening out of curiosity.

She continued to play with the sake, as she looked at the Volcano, drunkenly. She let out a series of bird songs that didn't make any sense in any bird language, but seemed to sound good. She was enjoying her imaginary serenade, and giving some Sake to Loki. She could only imagine in her drunken state, that the Volcano was singing back to her, even if it was just puffs of smoke. She had no reason not to think that, as there didn't seem to be anyone foreseeable in the area. She just wanted a friend right now, someone who could help her with the pain of being alone, with nothing to her name.
She could only remember the days back at Chimera academy, and how she wished that it hadn't been burned down. Was it her fault? In her drunken state, she couldn't remember, but she had a feeling it was. She knew that some people had better lives here though, but people like her, they had no life, just the feeling of being unwanted and unloved. There were tears from her eyes, in her human form. They were not noticeable, but they were there, as she thought about it all.
She then got up and went drunkenly to stand at the Volcano's lip. Just what was it like to be a volcano she would wonder, as she looked into Loki's mouth, and dropped the rest of her Sake in. She did so, because Loki was bigger than her, and unaffected by fire. She could only smile though, as she attempted to take a drink, and finding the bottle empty, dropped it into the volcano as well.
She then went to lay down. "Night Loki-shan, I'll be here for a while, just shleeping near your mouth, sho don't eat me." she spoke in accented drunken english. She didn't know what she would do when the sky turned bright again, but for now, she could only hope that she could sleep well. She didn't sleep all that often, and sometimes not at all. She had to hope though, as she laid there, and started to drift.

bright yellow eyes watched in deep curiosity as the girl in the robe sang and talked to herself. Adonis found her appearance rather sad as she gave the rest of what ever she was drinking to the volcano. she talked of sleeping there as she laid out to rest. his eyes were wide as he thought she was insane to be sleeping on the side of a volcano. with light movements he stood upright on his massive paws and crept closer to the woman. he almost didn't blink as she stopped by her feet, afraid she would just start awake at his presence. he investigated her slowly, pawing at her robe or limbs gently to understand textures in his true form. he had walked all around her as he found she smelled of fire, feathers, and alcohol. this spark more curiosity in him as he drew to close to her face, finding every detail of her face other than her eye color. thinking it would be interesting, he ended up siting down in front of her as still as a statue thinking he could wait out her slumber to talk to her. sure he normally could care less about waking people, but he knew never to disturb those that drank, he nearly got his tail severed last time.

She didn't dream at all that sleep time. No, the Hermaphrodite didn't have much of a chance to dream. She was comfortable though, knowing that there was no one really there, besides her, and Loki, and Loki wasn't likely to do anything to her. She could only think on how the way the warmth of the Volcano made her remember her parents, and how she wondered what it would be like to be a parent herself. She couldn't help feeling comforted, even as she was being poked and prodded in her sleep, lightly mumbling how it wasn't time for her to awaken yet.
After a few hours, with the sun coming up, she realized the main troubles with sleeping out on a Volcano. She was up high, and as such, the morning sun light would reach her earlier, and as it did so, she was awakened. She gave a yawn before opening her eyes to come face to face with some sort of cat. She then gave a cry and covered herself, though unaware that her Yukata hadn't came off in her sleep, she looked a little silly. She then slowed herself down, realizing that a cat couldn't possibly molest her in that form, but she did feel a little bit of magic.
"Wh-who are you? Why are you here? Don't you know this is a Volcano, cat?" she asked, as she looked at him, speaking in plain english. It wasn't hard for her to do so, since it was something she had been good with at the school. She didn't know this person though, and as such, was rather shy, as could be told by her mannerisms, which were protective defensive, and over all drawn. She was remaining on her cloak, but at the farthest edge of it from the cat. She didn't know what he wanted or who he was, but her sapphire blue eyes just stared at him, partially in fright, partially just shyness, and partially because she wanted to figure out what a Feline was doing on a Volcano's lip.

Adonis couldn't help but chuckle at how the girl had jumped back. It always amused him when people were startled away from him whether it was for his appearance or if he had just sneaked up on them. Standing on his own paws, he took a few steps away from the girl and gave somewhat of an explanation.
"I'm quite aware this is a volcano and that it is active, but when a cat as curious as me hears bird song, i must find the source."
he looked over his bony shoulder, his eyes almost looking annoyed even as a cat. he sat down and started to stare at the sunrise, his tail swaying loosely behind him.
"Why did you choose an active volcano to get drunk? bit of an odd isolated place for any creature if they aren't protecting something."
he looked over at her again, but his eyes holding no judgment. he was just curious once more.
