You must understand: Zuri’s humanoid form is not the form she’s in most of the time. Her humanoid form his her Nightmare form, so therefore, she usually walks around in that form. Contrary to the normal she has no other form. In fact, her “human form” is actually a cat. A kitten, to be exact. She is a very small newborn kitten, still small enough to be held in its owner’s hands, her fur silky and black and her eyes large and blueish. Her teeth are oddly mature for something her size and apparent age.

In her natural, mythic form, Zuri has reddish black hair and green eyes. She stands at an almost-imposing 5’5”. Even though she is only 7 years old, she looks like an 19 year old. She is usually always seen in shoes that lace up rather high, though aren’t high heels. Almost always she’ll be seen listening to blaring music, though her headphones don’t seem attached to anything. They’re her own little design, made by a friend of hers—the headphones are the mp3 players, which is why she is seen tapping her headphones a lot. She is skipping through music that she doesn't feel like listening to.

She is forced into shifting when she feels either extreme gratitude or extreme rage.

Zuri is driven by an unfailing moral compass. She seems to always know what’s right and wrong, but seems to not feel any remorse of sadness when she does bad deeds (which is almost always) .Always ready to help someone who needs her, she doesn’t do it for free and has your number to call up a favor whenever she needs it. Conversely, if you help her she’ll be at your beck and call until she feels she’s repaid her debt. She works at the candy store, though always does more eating than selling. She is Caramel's mother and primary caretaker, though she takes more after her father than her mother.

Zuri was created by cooperating Chinese and Russian scientists as a companion for Zayn. Although she is lacking most of his powers, she does have powers of her own. She ran before him.
