Kaito is 5'3' tall, and has blue hair. Blue seems to be a theme for him, as his eyes and scarf are blue as well. The scarf is timeless; the rest of his outfit changes, but he'll always wear the scarf. However, his favorite outfit is shown in the picture, the coat being the most important part other than the scarf.
Other Appearance:
In his Ccoa form, Kaito has Blueish white fur. His eyes are the same color, but now they have a slitted, cat-like pupil. He's rather large, but still house-cat sized. His fur is like that of an Maine Coon, fitting in with his particular weather effect. In this form, he still has a miniature version of his scarf wrapped around his neck, but it isn't long enough to drag.
Trigger:
If someone touches his hair, and runs their hands through it, like petting, his human form falls off.
Personality:
Kaito is rather silly and happy-go-lucky, and while he keeps up with his grades, tends to not pay attention much in class. As such, he winds up in Detention quite a few times, and as such, has a healthy fear of Mike. For some reason, he's often attacked jokingly by girls that are tougher than him. Despite this, he seems to have no problems with them, as long as they don't cause permanent damage. No matter how bad it gets, Kaito tries to keep a smile on his face.
Strengths/Weaknesses:
-As a Ccoa, Kaito is capable of causing a specific weather pattern. In his case, its hail. Being hail, this is a rather nasty weather effect, capable of actually hurting anyone who gets caught in it. However, like all Ccoa, he cannot cancel it after its caused, and he can be just as hurt by the hail.
-A perfectly normal talent of his is singing.
-Another is that he's a rather good actor.
-While separate from his ability to make hail, Kaito has decent skill with ice magic, but he's not capable of causing as much widespread influence as with his hail making ability, and unlike his natural ability, it saps his energy. After using it for more than just minor spells, he'll get tired and hungry, and if a fight isn't ended quickly, he'll be running on nothing more than adrenaline.
