At five feet and seven inches, she is a little taller than the average human female. She has platinum blond hair that passes her waist and seems to move with the lightest of breezes. Her skin is an off-white shade, making her very sensitive to direct sunlight, and she blushes easily. Perhaps the oddest part about her appearance is the lack of color in her eyes. Sure, people have been known to have gray eyes, but hers are silvery around her pupils.

As far as style goes, she tends to be on the "girly" side of things. She adores dresses and wears a lot of white. If she can, she will forgo shoes and wander barefooted. Though she is not very versatile in her wardrobe, she always works whatever she has on.

Standing seventeen hands in height, her unicorn form is lean and muscular. Her short fur is stark white and silky; her main, just as white and far too long to be convenient. Her tail, rather than appearing as long white hair, it looks more like a lion's tail. As they are in her human form, her eyes are large, swirling pools of molten silver. Being so void of color with white fur and silver hooves, she is the picture of purity and innocence.

Overall, Lily is very outgoing. She likes people, but she tends to be overwhelmingly friendly and forward without being aware of her actions. Her level of naiveness makes her seem childish and immature sometimes, yet it is in a charming sort of way. She often gets far off topic, rambling about things of little-to-no importance, talking people in circles that make no sense.

In truth, it is because she gets nervous. Her friendly persona is a "cover up" for her want and need to keep everyone at arm's distance. She knows how corrupt the world is, and she wants no part of, so her approach to things is a "keep your friends close, and your enemies closer" sort—not that she dislikes or hates anyone. She just isn't trusting and her innocence is a mask for how little she trusts the world around her.
