Human Appearance: hazel : dark tan : reddish-brown

Jehan is tall as a human, nearly six feet in height. His hair hangs around his face and chin, cutting off just above his shoulders, though he hardly ever pulls it back. His eyes are between green and hazel and they contrast with his darkened skin and richly colored hair. Jehan's human form is well-muscled and a fast runner, as he works out rather often. His right ear is pierced and he rarely takes off a pair of fingerless black leather gloves that he got some indefinite number of years ago, nor does he change out of a pair of matching leather knee-high boots. However, besides his dark gloves and shoes, Jehan dresses lightly, in white shirts and jackets, preferably with gold- or copper- colored buttons, and grey trousers he tucks into his boots.
Jehan's human form ages, since he dislikes the idea of a stationary age, but it does so very slowly. At the moment he looks to be about 27.
True Appearance: golden brown : dark auburn : 33 inches (84 inch wingspan)

Jehan's true form is a rather intimidating golden eagle, with dark auburn-brown feathers and eerie gold-brown eyes. He has long talons and a large wingspan and a sharp beak. On the top of his head the feathers are a much lighter brown, but they fade as they continue along his back. However, his sentience shines out from his eyes, contrasting with his clearly animal body. As he is an eagle in his true form, Jehan has excellent eyesight and hearing and knows how to use his claws to attack and defend. Since he is so large, however, he finds it hard to be inconspicuous when he wants to. Also, his large wingspan makes it difficult for him to manage if he accidently drops his human skin.
Trigger

-New moon or complete darkness
-Alcohol and addictive drugs such as tobacco
-Extreme emotions. This doesn't happen when he is just angry, or sad, or happy; his skin falls if he ever happens to become frenetic, depressed, euphoric, etc.
-Strong disbelief or digust, shock or very sudden surprise

At first glance, Jehan can be summed up in four words: The Devil may care. Made reckless by his own immortality, he is fiercely defendant of the law and all that is right, and has a passionate hatred for anything wrong. In his eyes, once a person does something evil there is a very, very slight chance that they will return to good. In his human form, Jehan's immediate inclination is to uphold the law; in his true form he wishes to protect a much broader version of Good; he will do these two things by any means short of doing something Evil himself. Though he enjoys a good, entertaining Good-on-Evil fight, he much prefers peace and quiet asylum because it means that the right side is in power. Jehan is fairly likable and handsome, though he never shows any interest in romance, and will oblige nearly anyone's request.
In a perfect world he would be like a hero in a story book, who does everything right and says all the right things, but the truth is that Jehan is often sarcastic, dismissive, and uninterested. He's social enough, but hardly ever goes out of his own accord. Instead he waits for someone to invite him out. Jehan has a tendency to stare rudely at people when he firsts meets them, as he is trying to tell whether he likes them or not. He doesn't censor his words, enjoys complete silence, and is prone to telling people to shut up if he's trying to work. The justification for this is that while he may speak before thinking, he does not do Evil and still means well, so it doesn't go against his instincts.
Jehan has also been jokingly called a 'one-trick pony' in the feelings department. He is a very serious person/Haraesvelyr, albeit a mild-mannered one, and rarely ever gets riled up. When he does, however, his human form drops almost instantly. Jehan acts the same in his true form, except he might even be more averse to Evil than he is when in human form.
An interesting fact: Jehan pronounces 'law','good', 'evil', 'right', and 'wrong' with uppercase letters, and also spells them that way. To him it would be 'Law', 'Good', 'Evil', 'Right', and 'Wrong'. Another fact: Jehan got his name, Jehan Trousseau, from a book he read when he was much younger. Previously he was called Jacques for lack of another name, but he doesn't go by that any more. Jehan also doesn't mind being in his true form when around other people, as he has no reason to feel insecure, but prefers his human form for most work.
Powers & Weaknesses

+ Can call up winds with his wings when he's in his true form
+ A strong, well-toned human form, as he likes to work out; likewise, a good flyer in true form
+ Very good at hand-to-hand combat
+ Has a painful presence to all those who are Evil
+ Can tell whether people are good or whether they are evil
+ Good eyesight and hearing in human form; excellent eyesight in his true form due to the fact he's an eagle
+/- Has an unswerving sense of chivalry. However, this means he won't fight someone unless they're on equal ground with him, so he often puts his opponent in the better spot
- When compared to others like him, Jehan has really rather awful control over his human skin. This can be used against him in battle if someone jumps up and manages to give him a good fright, or something of the sort
- Has a very low tolerance level for Evil and for things that are nearly Evil
- Is easily deafened or blinded in both true and human form with loud noises or bright lights
- Is clumsy with nearly any kind of weapon or shield because his inclination is to use his fists and feet.
- He's right handed, so his left hand (and, subsequently, left side) is dramatically less coordinated, and is also much weaker than his right
