Byren’s just as cute as any other kid, but he is pretty slim for his age. He looks like a piece of paper that could blow away in the wind, but he is, in reality, quite sturdy. Even at his young age, he holds himself rather regally, above everyone else, as though he were looking down on them. He stands straight and usually has a bored expression on his face. Some might think that he is perpetually sleepy because of the lack of light that most children have. Others might say he is on drugs. If his gaze isn’t bored, annoyed, or one of the otherwise stated, then it is probably curious. Bright green eyes, like those of his parents, are often dulled to fit his mood and his pure ebony hair falls into them a little. He always pushes it out of his eyes because it bothers him. Just one look at the kid could tell you that when he grows up, he will be quite the looker.

Byren is small right now, but when he grows up, he will be a little larger than a regular panther. He had intense green eyes that seem much livelier in this form than in his human form. He has a much more beguiling, almost devilish look to him when he is like this. The devil himself could produce no more mischievous an offspring than Byren when he is in this form. His form is that of a panther, but instead of the usual plush, black fur, he is covered in scales blacker than his hair in human form. They seem to shine like shards of obsidian that have been polished and rearranged into a coating of thick armor all the way down to his toes and tail. Along with scales, Byren has a pair of sturdy, black wings that can carry him as high as he wants to go. Their leathery structure looks like dragon wings. They are pitch black and laced with silver on their underside. With sharp teeth and sharp claws, he could give anyone a hard time if he wanted to.

Byren has personal image issues…meaning he is vain. Really vain. When you mess up his cool, he loses it and get mad. Not only is he vain, he is completely and hopelessly OCD. His toys have to be in a perfect row, in a perfect order, and not a single inch to the right or left. You tilt it to the left or the right or move it from its place and he will lose his marbles.

On any normal day, Byren is a pretty relaxed kid. He will sit and play quietly with his toys(after they have all been rearranged of course), and you could go all day without having to pay much attention to what he is doing, because you simply know that he is being good. He never cries, he never whines, and he certainly never loses his cool(well, maybe not never, but close to never). He is as composed a child as you will ever see. Bright and intelligent, it is obvious that his mind works and an exceedingly fast pace and he is far smarter than he should be.

However, behind the little angel act, Byren is a sneaky, conniving little prankster. He is manipulative and calculating. He watches everyone from the sidelines and uses them to get what he wants and rolls greedily in his success when no one is watching. He puts on his perfect and sweet airs when people are around to make sure that they would never suspect him of being the nasty little master mind that he is.

The only thing that would crack his perfect little act is if you were to get in the way of his O.C.D. or his vanity. He likes to looks nice, what is wrong with that? He likes for his stuff to look nice, what is wrong with that? Nothing is what most would say, but Byren’s obsession is borderline mental. He tries so hard to hid it for his little plans to succeed, but he simply can’t take it. While he isn’t the kind of guy that has to turn the door knob five times before he can actually go through the door, he is the kind of guy that keeps everything symmetrical, everything balanced, everything in one place, at one angle, only.

Byren is the son of Neron and Jaedon Villareal, two very dark and strange people. His parents are unique and so Byren is logically the same. He carries many of their traits and weaknesses. His sister is Miya Villareal, and quite his opposite in personality. He often refers to her as “Puff” or “The Fluffy One”. The names are meant to sound demeaning, but they are more of his pet names for her, much like the pet names Neron has for his mother.
