Average weight and height with very pale skin. Her wavy, mousey brown hair that falls to about the middle of her back. Vera is cute, but overall she's rather unremarkable. The one thing that really stands out are her shining aqua-green eyes. By looking at them it's easy to tell that she's not human.

Vera's true form has long, platinum blond hair that she usually wears in a braid, as well as the same aqua-green eyes that she has in her human form. Her skin is very pale, almost appearing to be translucent, and seems to glow in the sunlight. She usually wears the light, typical Valkyrie armor (yeah, she's not wearing that in the pic >.>) but she always wears a white cloak over top of it. Obviously, she also gains a pair of white, shimmering wings that she can make disappear and reappear at will.

Personality

Innocent, naive, and very blunt. Vera, in general, has poor people skills, most likely due to her "sheltered" upbringing. However, Vera can still be quite assertive and unwavering, and if she sees you doing something that she doesn't like, she has no problem telling you off. Vera also has a natural, mothering personality and enjoys cheering others up, even though she the only way she knows you're upset because you're crying, and when you stop then you must feel much better. She can also be strict at times and will let you know if you're doing something that doesn't live up to her unique moral standards. Her stoic and proud demeanor is a product of her rough upbringing as a Valkyrie, coupled with her own rigid sense of justice. Though she also has very little people skills which can lead her to act distant and maybe even a little cold. She has an especially difficult time understanding things such as sarcasm or even emotions at all. However, despite it all, Vera is still quite young and can act rather childish at times.

For all of her life, Vera lived within the shining walls of Valhalla, being instructed in the ways of the Valkyrie. You see, it is the Valkyrie's - or Battle Maiden as they are sometimes called - duty to collect the souls of the honorable who died in battle and bring them up to Valhalla where they will then prepare for Ragnarok.

This is the Valkyrie's job, and they do it without question. Most of them, at least.

Vera was different. She didn't understand what was a "disgraceful" death and why those souls couldn't enter Valhalla. One might even say she felt sympathy. For whatever reason, she felt that some of them should be given a second chance, at least. This, plus a morbid sort of curiosity, led her to do something kind of foolish. She tried to steal a few souls from Niflheim.

Of course, it didn't go quite as she hoped. Anyway, it ended with her and one soul fleeing from that wasteland and into a new world entirely. Vera didn't dare bring them back to their own world. She disobeyed orders, after all. She knew that if she went back there would be great punishment for her and the soul she'd rescued. So the both of them ended up here, looking for a sanctuary.
