Human Appearance:
Katrine has brown/grey eyes. Her eyes will turn greyer in the presence of humans, but browner in the presence of non-humans or when her mask is weak. She hides her eyes behind enchanted glasses, as she finds this will make her eye colour less noticeable. She does not need them but the lenses are enchanted to give the impression of real glasses if worn by another. Her hair is Brown with a coppery red tint and usually soft, although it can be a handful. Katrine's hair grows fast, so she will often get it cut to different lengths. Sometimes short, other times down to her shoulder blades. Her skin is not particularly pale or tanned, but does have a olive tinge to it. Katrine isn't short, she's about average height, although she realizes she will never be particularly tall. Katrine is on the fat side of slim, but more slim that fat. Her body is pretty much developed, so she does have some curves and a chest.
Katrine can teleport in Human form after some practice and with concentration.
Other Appearance:
Trapped form / semi failing mask :-: Mousy brown hair, normal skin. Pony ears or/and tail. Can teleport.
Mythical form :-: A 13hh lightly dappled grey pony. Copper Brown mane and tail, dark grey muzzle and legs and dark grey hooves(not cloven). Katheros looks to have both Arabian and Native horse blood. She has a pretty dished face, a well set neck with a long coppery mane, a wide chest and deep girth to contain the lungs and heart, average length back, a long full coppery tail, not particularly long legs but they are not short either. Good strong hooves. Katheros' colouring is not impossible in the natural horse, but it is not common. She can mingle with real horses relatively well. No wings/horns/abnormalities. Mane falls on the right side of her neck. Natural brown eyes with a hint of honey gold.

Fear. Katrine may often be caught between forms if startled or feeling an intense emotion like excitement. Since she has not accessed her Siuushko form yet, it is hard to know what might trigger her forms to change or show.
Katrines trapped form will last until she calms a bit or concentrates on either of her forms.
Personality:
Katrine will complain. Quite a bit in fact. Most of it is about herself, and how she looks, acts and eats. Katrine may often sit and get lost in thought. She will hide her pain when she is told her downfalls, or something somebody says hurts her. She will then think it over for along time when she is alone. She knows she is a slice short of the loaf, she is a bit odd and can't tell a joke very well. She will find stupid things funny and won't always understand things that are supposed to be funny. Katrine will try to tell the truth as much as possible, and feels bad about lying. She is loyal, often to a fault, but because of this she tends to get on with everybody as best she can as to avoid having to argue. Katrine avoids gossip and arguments as much as she can as she can get rather fierce(in her eyes) and does not like it. Katrine is a hard worker, but can easily be startled, or scared. Katrine hates to be confused or out of the loop, like she often finds herself.
Katheros does not know about being a Siuushko until coming to Chimera Academy, only that she is rather odd compared to everybody else she knows.

Katrine can be a bit lazy and sometimes unmotivated. She can also be too self critical. She has fainted before at broken bones, so is useless around wounds that are not minor or superficial.
Character Biography:Katrine was a perfectly normal girl, living a normal life with her Mother, Father, and her elder brother Tom, and elder sister Amy. All her life she dreamt about horses. She would often walk to nearby pastures and spend her free time sketching them, or making friends. It was only a few months after moving from Britain, that she received the letter. The letter for Chimera Academy seemed to be a bolt out of the blue, although rather mysterious. What she could see, and her parents could see differed. She seemed to see words in another language, a language she felt she ought to understand, but could not. Neither her, nor her family had ever heard of the academy, but some Internet research proved it was a prestigious place. Of course, she couldn't pass up the opportunity and soon she had her place and was preparing to go to her new boarding school, leaving her new home behind for a while, and her old innocence behind forever.
Her mythical genes have been passed down her family for many generations, lying dormant, before showing themselves(in her).
